Local-business video production often breaks down because every Reel becomes a one-off creative project. The governing product specification reframes the problem as a repeatable internal production workflow.
System built
The platform is designed as an internal-first system for creating vertical video with structured inputs, reusable brand context, editable production steps, and repeatable output. The current codebase uses a modern Next.js application structure with product documentation, tests, and deployment configuration.
What it proves
This work demonstrates product definition, workflow design, AI-assisted media production, and the discipline to turn an idea into a documented operating system rather than a prompt library.
