Get Built Fast: How I streamlined web development with AI agents
A traditional small-business website takes weeks of meetings, emails and handoffs. I rebuilt that process around a team of AI agents, so a custom five-page site costs $500 and goes live in about a week. AI agents answer the phone, interview the client and build the preview. I designed the system and check every site. I run it from Dunedin, Florida, for small businesses everywhere. Live site: getbuiltfast.com.

Web development
The core offer is a custom website of up to five pages for $500 flat. The domain and hosting are free for the first year, then $105 a year. The client pays only after approving a preview. Every business that does an onboarding call with Sarah also gets a free landing page, with the $500 site as the upgrade. I also offer custom web apps.
The AI agents
Owen and Sarah answer (727) 349-5739 24/7. Owen handles sales questions, and Sarah runs onboarding. Avery routes the call summaries by email, and Dash builds each preview. The phone agents are disclosed as AI, and the same phone agent is sold to clients as a $49.50 monthly add-on.
My role
I founded Get Built Fast. I designed the offer, the brand and the AI-agent workflow, from the phone line to the build. The AI agents design and build each site. I run the process, check every site and make sure each customer is happy before launch.
The streamlined process
Seven steps, most of them run by AI agents
Each step used to take a person’s time. Now an AI agent handles it, and I step in for review and approval.
- 1Owen · AI phone agent
Answer the lead
Owen answers (727) 349-5739 24/7. He answers questions about the $500 website, and his lead calls are tagged.
- 2Sarah · AI phone agent
Run the onboarding interview
Sarah runs a branching interview of 25 to 30 questions, one at a time. A summary and transcript are emailed when the call ends.
- 3Avery · AI email assistant
Route the summary
Avery forwards Sarah’s summary to Dash, so nothing waits in an inbox.
- 4Dash · AI build agent
Write the brief and build the preview
Dash writes the client brief, builds a private preview site with sample content and drafts the reply to the client.
- 5Me and the client
Review and approve
I review the preview and approve Dash’s reply with one tap. The client reviews the preview and asks for changes.
- 6Stripe
Take payment
The client pays $500 through a Stripe Pay now link, only after approving the preview.
- 7The AI team
Launch
The client sends a logo and photos, and the site goes live in about a week.
Example: Dash built the Ruiz Family Pressure Washing sample site from a practice onboarding call. It’s a demo, not a real client.

Under the hood
What runs the business
Phone. A Twilio Studio menu routes callers to Owen or Sarah, two ElevenLabs voice agents.
Website and leads. A static site on Cloudflare Pages with a GitHub repo. The /500 landing page form runs on Cloudflare Pages Functions and Resend, and Sarah emails every lead right away.
Billing. Stripe, with a $500 website build product, a Pay now link and a $105 yearly renewal.
Measurement and trust. Google Analytics 4 tracks phone clicks, form leads and email signups, and Google Search Console tracks search. A privacy policy is on every page, and every AI assistant is disclosed as AI.
Client work
Sites include Wagner Worx, a coworking bar in Murphy, North Carolina, and Sweet Label Bakery in Clearwater, Florida, which is owned by a member of my family. Pro Level Gear, my own goalkeeper gear company, is there too. The full write-ups are on the Get Built Fast case studies page.
Built for
Restaurants, contractors, coaches, clinics, shops and service companies, wherever they are.
